My stay was unforgettable, especially the stunning sunrises and the unique outdoor bathtub experience. However, the beach was semi-private, causing some crowding. I'd choose this again!

The location is stunning and incredible, very close to nature and organic greens and food, a populated restaurant, and th beach, you cannot beat it. There is Tunich nearby for a cup of coffee. The units are romantic, stylish by candles.

The room was dark, and we had to use our phone lights to find anything. The noise from the adjacent hotel disrupted our sleep, and despite being heavily pregnant, the staff did not accommodate us with an upgraded room that was vacant. Tulum is lovely, but this hotel is not worth the money.

Fine ocean views from the private balcony.
The constant road noise made it difficult to relax.

The view in the ocean view cabanas was awesome and the staff was very friendly.
Waaaay to expensive for what you get. There are no facilities (no restaurant, bad wifi, poor beach) and over priced drinks at the premises so you constantly have to leave the place. We just slept there. Charging 12 USD for a juice when it cost 2 USD in the Pueblo is just too much. We also have work around us when were there so not much relaxation either.

The breakfast is tasty, has many choices. Overall the room is unique, airy and includes it's own balcony and full-length windows.

A sunset view to remember
Waking up to amazing views of the ocean was a treat. The outdoor plunge pool was perfect for a romantic evening. The staff was friendly and eager to help.
The lack of electricity after dark made it hard to relax in the evenings. The bathroom setup was inconvenient and not ideal for late-night visits. Noise from nearby rooms disrupted sleep.

Location on the beach - only worth the stay if you got beach front hut.
No cafe on site for breakfast, coffee or snacks. There was a bad drainage smell near our hut. Poor ventilation, it was hot at night. Over priced for what you get.

It is a very different place from all the hotels in the world where I have stayed, the whole establishment is very photographic. The way to order the service room with the ball is great, the breakfasts are very good. They offer you a glass of champagne as a welcome drink to watch the sunset from one of the nests in the restaurant, the experience is nice but you have to share the nest (the table) with other guests. If you don't mind the insects, you can relax and die.
As beautiful and photographic as the Azulik is, it is not a hotel for everyone. If you don't like to really live with nature you won't enjoy the experience, because that's what it is. You'll find insects everywhere with and without wings, that's the jungle and beach. Two cockroaches fell on us while we were sleeping, beds have mosquito nets but there is a fan just above and they must have gotten in there, first one flew over my chest and second one crushed by the fan blades. At the restaurant, if you want to reserve a nest for you and your partner/family, it's too expensive, because they force you to consume a minimum of a thousand dollars. prices of the spa are extremely expensive. we arrived, they offered you a welcome like a temazcal or something like that, we never knew what it was, they only mentioned it to us because they never did it to us, they gave us the tour of the facilities they mentioned it but there was no one to do it to us and it never happened.

The food at Azulik was out of this world! I can't stop raving about the mouthwatering fries and the fresh seafood that left my taste buds dancing. Plus, the outdoor plunge pool in the Aqua Villa was a blissful spot to chill. Staff members went the extra mile to ensure our stay was electric!
Now, don't get me started on the check-in drama-it reminded me of a comedy sketch with unfriendly vibes! The rooms are moodily lit, but when you want to actually see your glow-up, that's a struggle. Plus, the late-night beats were more annoying than calming, cutting through the chill vibes.

That was beautiful hotel set in beach area, short walk to the Yucatan peninsula as well as the three wonderful restaurants. The venue had informative staff who made the stay very positive. Also, location was stunning, a short way from Beach.
